It was a bright and fine Saturday last weekend as we catered a 40th wedding anniversary celebration hog roast in Brooklands.
Jackie and her team prepared a range of canapes for the arrival of the happy couple and their one hundred guests. They’d chosen skewered tiger prawns with mange tout, a range of Chinese dim sum appetisers, locally made mini sausages in a honey and mustard glaze, mini pizzas and roast beef with mini Yorkshire puddings. Guests washed the canapes down with a celebratory glass of Prosecco served by our team of waitresses. Roast chicken and roast beef were the order of the day chosen for the main course and served with fresh seasonal vegetables and our special Rosemary roasted garlic potatoes. To mark this very special occasion the couple provided their own anniversary cake which our staff dressed and served with Chantilly cream and raspberries.
We really enjoyed this hog roast in Brooklands, a beautiful day, lovely people and great compliments.
