Favouring an old west theme for their hen do, the O’Keefe party contacted Hog Roast Ormskirk asking if we had anything in our dining repertoire that could compliment such a theme. Roasts and cowboys feel like they go hand in hand as is, but our Hog Roast Ormskirk team was able to do them one better with our southern slow roast menu, gifting the party the smoky and spiced tastes of the American south – perfect for that desert wastes of old America theming!
