A Feast Of Multiple Courses – Hog Roast Sale

One look at our great wealth of options and you’ll see why Hog Roast Sale is not only known for our famous hog roast centrepieces but also for so much choice and variety that we’re sure you’ll be surprised. We perfected our signature food long ago, using our own range of hog roasters that we sell and rent out, as well as use ourselves when catering parties and events, but we’ve also spent years perfecting our comprehensive menus that are full of other mains as well as canapés, starters, sides and desserts.

Hog Roast SaleIf you prefer spit-roasted meat instead, like chickens, turkeys, lamb or beef, or a barbecue perhaps, our experts will do you just as proud, or we can wow your guests with one of our exceptional Hog Roast Sale standalone menus of Loaded Fries or a Southern Slow Roast. You may need special diets catered and we can always do this, as long as we have advance notice, so that we can make a delicious, suitable dish fresh on the day. Whether you’re inviting vegans, vegetarians or guests with intolerances or allergies, we really do have something for everyone.

Hog Roast Sale catered a corporate function recently, where we were asked for multiple courses to suit both carnivores and vegetarians. We’re often asked this and our dedicated chefs love to dazzle with their talents, by making gorgeous homemade food for all kinds of tastes and needs, out of fresh, local, quality ingredients. The meat that we cook is all locally sourced from farmers and butchers we’ve known and trusted for years and you can taste the difference, whether you enjoy a hog roast as pigs in buns or any meaty main together with veg, potatoes and trimmings.

For this occasion, we cooked a hog roast in order to serve plenty of pigs in buns as well as a vegetarian main of halloumi and vegetable skewers (full of garden-fresh tomatoes, courgette, red onion, mixed peppers and mushrooms), which would be preceded by starters of homemade creamy tomato soup and crusty bread rolls and a tuna Niçoise salad, and followed by fresh fruit salad and cheesecake. The feast was devoured in no time at all and loved by all.
