Well its that time of year again bonfire night. We have been out doing a hog roast in Huncoat for a fund raiser for the local RSPCA shelter. It was a fabulous evening cold and clear. We could see fireworks going off all across the valley. Our hog roast was very popular aided by the cold bright evening so plenty of people turned up and needed some hot food. We could have used up another hog roast it was that popular. 
I just hope the fine weather continues we have two more bonfire hog roasts to do with the 5th of November falling mid week we are busy the weekend before, after and the night itself. Well that’s all from our hog roast in Huncoat a good night has been had by all.
