Cold dark days.

February is well known for being drab and miserable but we at Hog roast Wiswell are out and about the length of the UK breathing new life into the catering world with our unique style of cooking. Our company has been particularly busy in February and this will be our fifth event so far this month! Hog roast hire Wiswell have so far catered for an Anniversary, Birthday, Christening, and a leaving party and this week we are catering for an Engagement, which will be our biggest so far in February. Hog roast Wiswell are catering for eight hundred and fifty and we have a few vegetarians attending which is no problem as we have catered for several vegetarians before, we are professionals and you can rest assured that a special area will be set up on site to cater for these guests and no cross contamination will ever take place Hog roast hire Wiswell use separate boards, knives and equipment for vegetarians as should all eating establishments. The Engagement party is being held in a large club and it is a buffet we are making chicken, pork, crackling, lamb and sauces, dips and gravy as well as salads and potatoe wedges and chips a nice hot buffet which is perfect for this time of year for the vegetarian guests we are preparing a special nut roast, salad and potato and considering we are only catering for two that won’t stop us putting in all the effort as we do with anything we prepare. We are really looking forward to the summer and we know that our hog roasting parties are cheering up the folk of the UK in these cold dark days! February has been a little cold but thankfully I think we can say we have seen the last of the snow…
