We are a family run business stemming back generations hog roasting in Blackburn you could say is in our blood! We serve the UK with our unique cooking and we pride our selves on a job well done we have just recently been featured in a huge article in our local weekly newspaper as one of the best hog roast Blackburn catering businesses in the UK and we are so pleased with the feedback we have received via our website. Hog roast amid the excitement and fame were out as usual on Saturday catering for a dog show we have been trying to get this catering venue for a long time and we were over the mood when we were asked, we had been asked to cater for five hundred and we arrived there nice and early. 
We were shown to a room to set up our machinery and we soon had the meat cooking and we feared that the smell off the delicious meat would be putting the dogs off! At the interval we came and laid the table and we had lots gather around for a plate of food and the dogs where there too! We made meat and vegetable kebabs and a huge amount of jacket potatoes and mounds of fillings too. Hog roast hire were fortunate enough to catch a bit of the dog show and a lovely day was had by all, the proprietor asked if we would consider doing all future events and we of course jumped at the chance! Sunday we had planned to have the day off and enjoy the sunshine as no bookings had came in that was until Saturday evening we received a call from a frantic lady asking if we could cater a hog roast in Blackburn the next day for her Sons christening her caterer had let her down last minute we were happy to oblige and within a few hours we had the menu sorted and the food ordered the christening was wonderful and we still enjoyed the sunshine as we catered out door the lady couldn’t thank us enough for catering at such short notice but we were just happy to help…
