Our latest hog roast party was a diamond wedding anniversary celebration in the fabulous Burwain Sailing Club near Foulridge, Lancashire. It was a beautiful, fresh evening, perfect for serving a succulent hog roast in Foulridge to 100 fabulous guests. We arrived with plenty of time and although it felt a bit unusual setting up our 
equipment on the pontoon, it was ideal with plenty of space. After a fantastic sun set, stars pierced the velvety blackness of the cloudless sky, and as distant house lights flickered into life up the valley, one of the guests quipped ‘By ‘eck … it’s more like Lake Garda than Foulridge!”. Our hot sage and onion stuffing, together with apple sauce, our perfect crunchy crackling and a 12 hour slow roasted hog roast Foulridge went down a treat and John and Anne said they were very happy with their celebration.
