Hog roast Brindle.
Last weekend was a great end to the glorious British summer we’ve had. On Saturday we had to be up at the crack of dawn as we had a very busy day ahead of us catering for Tom and Susie’s wedding. They had booked with us at the start of the year so we had everything planned and under control. Susie had opted for our hog roast Brindle wedding menu 1, a very sophisticated but relaxed menu. Slow 6 hour roasted hog served with freshly made apple sauce, salads, and warm new potatoes in a herb butter followed by their wedding cake dressed and presented to guests. Tom’s mother had brought a delightful spread of homemade desserts for the guests to enjoy.
Luckily the sun was shining all day for the lovely couple and the guests looked happy, even happier once they tucked into the juicy hog roast. Throughout the day we received overwhelming compliments on how well the food was presented.
Overall another fantastic day had by hog roast Brindle.
