We had a busy weekend doing a hog roast in Clitheroe for a couple celebrating 25 years of marriage. The event was at St Michaels and St Johns social club and was a great knees up. It was a well attended event which was easily accommodated at the social club as they have a super function area. The buffet went down a storm we don’t do a lot of hog roasts in Clitheroe so it is always a great day out when we get the chance to work here. It was a really sunny October day so setting up was no trouble it can be a bit tricky in the North West in the winter months but October this year is more like summer. The weather has been fantastic. I even had my shorts on today whilst I was setting up. We spit roasted the pig outside and wheeled it in to serve. It looked brilliant and went down a storm. So until the next hog roast in Clitheroe good evening and here’s to more sunny weather in October.
