This week was another jam-packed week for Hog Roast Stockport. With back to back events at locations up and down the country our hardworking teams of catering staff, chefs and waiters were working nonstop to ensure every event was just as good as the previous one.
One of the standout Hog Roast Stockport events this week had to be when we catered for Alliance Automotive at their new base in Rotherham. We had been booked in several weeks prior by our client Gary, to come along and prepare a classic Hog Roast Stockport roast for one hundred guests who would be excepting their food served between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
Heading up this event was catering manager Dave who had carefully planned all of the menu weeks in advance in order to ensure that we would have all we needed to prepare the highest quality Hog Roast Stockport possible for Gary and his guests. In addition to the hog that we would be roasting whole we had also been asked to ensure that we had delicious vegetarian and vegan alternatives as Gary was anticipating some of his guests would require this. This was no problem for Dave as he prepared his signature grilled vegetable skewers with optional halloumi pieces added on. Dave knows how important it is to cover all bases and so also baked some gluten free bread rolls that morning.
The event went without a hitch and with guests helping themselves to seconds and even thirds we were kept busy throughout the night. However, the true mark of an event perfectly executed is of course the client feedback, of which we couldn’t have asked for better:
The evening went really well. We had a good turn out and everyone enjoyed the event. The food went down especially well with all that attended. It was well prepared and presented and was served on time. Thank you all for helping to make it a memorable evening.
