Our latest client, Samantha, took this holiday to heart at her recent work event, where she celebrated her 10th year in business. This wasn’t just any dessert table—oh no. Samantha went all out, customising her menu to include not two, but four decadent dessert options, and her staff couldn’t wait to dive in. The profiteroles were an instant hit. Light, fluffy choux buns filled with whipped cream and drizzled with rich chocolate sauce, these indulgent treats were as delicious as they were eye-catching. Next up were our handmade individual cheesecakes—creamy, velvety, and packed with flavour.
Our vacherins, made with fresh strawberries, passion fruit cream and meringue, added a pop of colour and zing that brightened up the buffet. And let’s not forget the chocolate torte, crafted from rich, dark chocolate, which was the epitome of indulgence. It was decadent, silky, and utterly irresistible—this instant crowd-pleaser had chocolate lovers lining up for seconds!
