With her husband’s 50th birthday approaching, Deborah contacted Hog Roast Bury to arrange catering for the occasion. She was planning on hosting a party at their home and invited friends and family over to celebrate together. The catering needed to be suitable for 30 guests and include a variety of dishes, so that it included something for guests of any age to enjoy. after discussing our options, it was decided that our BBQ menu was the perfect choice.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Bury team arrived at Deborah’s home to prepare catering for the party. We began by preparing the main dishes, including succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, homemade vegetable and halloumi skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. Alongside the mains, we also served fresh bread rolls (and a gluten-free alternative), crunchy coleslaw, fresh salad dishes, seasonal vegetables, and homemade chips. Overall, this created a versatile and delicious main course for the guests to enjoy, with something that is ideal for everyone!
Following the main course, the guests enjoyed a birthday cake provided by Deborah, as well as some tasty desserts served by Hog Roast Bury. This included profiteroles and sticky toffee pudding, with each dish served with fresh fruit and English cream.
