One hundred and twenty wedding guests gathered together in a teepee to savour the delights of a catered wedding reception hog roast in Sale, Cheshire. Hired teepees are a great setting for outside hog roast caterers to provide their services. The guests started with mouth watering appetisers including smoked salmon on brown bread, sausages in a honey and mustard glaze, veggie kebabs and freshly baked mini margarita pizzas.
The main wedding meal was a succulent hog roast with traditional accompaniments of apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Guests were talking about the delightful aromas from the accompanying lamb which was infused with garlic and Rosemary. The couple chose from a selection of salads and opted for Caesar and tomato, basil and mozzarella salad along with garlic roasted new potatoes. The vegetarians enjoyed a spicy, couscous roulade for their main course. Hog roast Sale bar staff were on hand in the teepee at the arrival of the happy couple to serve guests with celebratory sparkling Prosecco and cold beers.
After the wedding reception meal there was still plenty of meat remaining and the hog roast Sale catering staff prepared pork and lamb sandwiches for guests who’d worked up an appetite after dancing into the early hours at the evening wedding reception .
